The Corporate Finance team at Wasatah Capital focuses on developing three business segments, namely Private Equity, Advisory Services and Structured Finance, all of which are in accordance with Islamic law (“Shari’ah”) principles.
Wasatah Capital applies in all its Corporate Finance activities a strict methodology in terms of its selection of investment targets, valuation, due diligence and risk analysis in order to protect its capital and that of its clients and achieve superior returns. Moreover, Wasatah Capital manages and performs all the various tasks involved in its Corporate Finance activities and works with external industry experts and consultants, where necessary.

Wasatah Capital invests through strategic partnerships, in medium sized companies with understandable business model, strong sustainable cash flow, growth prospect, capable management and where risks can be clearly identified and measured.
